That may be true but I think of there was the ability for buyers to repeatedly comment on the same things they don't like would be very beneficial.

But for us middle class folk, I truly believe that investing in real estate is the one remaining way to build some true wealth.  

Just remember, be true with the numbers, ecspecially the rehab numbers.  

For the true commercial portfolio loans like B2R/Colony, they typically have a yield maintenance prepayment penalty in addition to a release price per property that is 1.2 the loan amount.  

And to make it more confusing, it varies greatly by region, so what may hold true in CA might not be the case at all in OH or MA.  

Is that true?
