I'd still rather spend zero dollars sweeping and mopping tile,vinyl or wood rather than 600 on carpet, but we all have our own style.

Over the last 33 years or so I have been involved in property and investing in many ways including owning my own building company, operating my own mortgage origination company, property development, renovations, flipping, rent to buys and any other ways I could learn that would make me some profit based on sound financial fundamentals.A contrarian style investor by nature, that is I do not follow the pack, I am now looking to expand my knowledge base to learning about property in the USA. 

Does the dripping vary, or is t pretty consistent?  

Do you pick out the flooring first and then base your paint colors, cabinet style, etc. around that?

Transferring titls isn;t an issue for me since I son't need to.
