The benefit of being an agent is that beside going to school for real estate finance or an MBA its the fastest, inexpensive way to get in the business and make money. 

You want to look for areas with good schools, low crime and that are growing in population and have jobs coming in.

It seems a bit old school but it works.

If she drops out of school, I would presume she would be moving anyways...?

It is in a rural area/small town and is close to the close to the town center and across the street from the elementary school. 

I have a great list of material to read through, and I am going to look into which real estate school is best in my area, but I think the most valuable need for me would be a mentor, someone I can learn from with real-world experience, and real-time feedback.

My question is which is the best school that I can actually learn from to get my license, and support my investing career for the rest of my life.At the moment, I work full time 8 to 5.
