Determing A Good Market

Hello RE Investors! I'm new to this site. I've been intently listening to the podcasts multiple times a week, to and from work. I am so appreciative that this exists. Thank you Josh and Branden!!

I hear so much about a good market, an emerging market, etc. How do you do the research to determe a great area to dive into? I'm in LA and the dollor in RE does not go far. But I would really like starting the research to determine an area(s) to target...

Thanks,

Keni
