They are aiming for 50-60,000 sf for single story, and 100-150,000 sf multi story.

Our long term goal is to buy enough units as rentals to retire, we are aiming for around 100 units in the next 15 years.

Buy below market, rehab, and then aim to get 100% of your cash back out via a cash out refi.
