Environmental studies are important as well, as Costa Rica does have many mountainous regions, and recently due to heavy rains we have experienced landslides.Investing in land in Costa Rica is a fantastic investment vehicle when done properly.

At the moment,I could care less about making millions,all I care about is making my first several 10k's,it's like I'm relying on life support.For like several months,I've been studying book after book,trying to put a deal together,and when one deal is like in my grasp then it slips away.We end up meeting,they tell they want to think about it,then end up not calling me afterwards.

I'm wanting to get started in REI and have been studying as much as I can and trying to learn as much as I can .

Then, do a lot of studying before you buy anything else.Unfortunately, the vast majority of newbies do exactly what you did (pay basically retail) and then fail in a relatively short period of time.

We've been studying up a bit these past few months, and I hope to have the property purchased by the time college starts for him, and before I deploy once more...Here's hoping!

To get my feet wet,I am taking about 6 month to a year to study, research.My goal is to buy property for rental income cash flow.
