I assume he wouldn't want to do more than 10 years but that would be pushing it.He is trying to give me a deal but the property is in the middle of properties selling for $30k and $50k+ on Cummings Street.

I haven't achieved this yet, and frankly speaking, I recently realized that working in such a 'wall street' type firm won't take me very close to my goal. 

Whats your biggest suggestion to new guys on the street?  

When you are driving the main streets or along the FDR drive take a look at some of the "We Buy Houses Cash" signs up on the light poles of the main streets.

I made thousands of phone calls sent thousands of emails, (Lots of copy and paste) And I was also willing to take a chance on either making it work or ending up on the street.

Overall, we had 8 applicants the first day, and we ended up renting it to a young family that had called first - made 4x the rent, had a kid in the school across the street, and had parents, friends, and other family in the same neighborhood.

She responds back that: " I have lived in this area my whole life and I wouldn't pick to live on that street."
