So, the question really is, do you want to have to manage the tenants yourself or pay to have some one do it? 

well, I guess nobody knows where to find him and the one person who is reselling his materials is terrible at marketing and doesn't respond to email questions.

Looks like they don't want to send the release of earnest money form and instead trying to get some reimbursement for inspection, appraisal etc.My question is can I relist my property since they sent me the termination?
