Hello All,Recently transferred my Condo title from my name to my LLC(sole owner).This triggered a tax reassessment, which I was not expecting and a loss of homestead exemption, which I was expecting.

I will add the podcast to  my list of education sources and  learning schedule.  

In fact, if you have an owner that owns the property in their personal name and quit claims it to their LLC and they are the sole owner they will still lose their permit. 

And don't forget that with delayed financing you have to be able to document the source of the original purchase funds as being YOUR cash. 

They should have adapted their methods and sources for supplies by now.

All those other things can be filtered through a list from list source or other places.

if so is there a time period say like a 3 months history of receipt of funds from these in order to use those as a source of income?

They are only helping source though.
