It is much more of a working-class market than Santa Fe, where historically the market has offered a wide range of housing, from entry level to luxury homes, most being in suburban style neighborhoods and large developments.

What/where is the deal flow?

Personally I prefer areas where it is not "block by block" like northeast philly, roxborough, chestnut hill, west mount airy, east falls, fairmount, graduate hospital, etc. 

Also I know there are FHA Grants I can apply for but don't know where to look.

I just want the payment to go back to where it was.

For example, where an NDA covers financial information but one party later seeks funding from investors, the party may need to disclose this financial information.

My question is, as a resident of CA does it make a difference if I'm using an attorney/asset protection specialist in my home state or in the state where I own rentals?
