Is owning a nationwide portfolio with few properties in each state/area a smart decision or should I focus on 1 area?

Technology may be a factor as well, ask if the brokerage has an online document signing service and a way to electronically submit documents pertaining to a transaction.

You make money on the purchase.... if you buy smart there will always be deals.

In this role I've gotten a wealth of experience working in teams, adapting to new technologies & industry verticals, and learning to solve problems in the area of corporate procurement. 

If anyone needs help in pitching a 3D sales project /deck /stair design /floor plans.. to investors or trying to get crowd funding or persuade a private investor while utilizing technology and detailed oriented programs.

So was that $20k taken from my 401k a smart move?

There are many ways to protect yourself, the best way in my opinion, is doing your “due diligence” on the Ira company and even more important is the “due diligence” on the investment.In this day and technology age background checks, social media, state and local licensing filing pages on line, better business bureau, BP forums, etc I don’t think a company advertising and in the public everyday  can fool all the people all the time. 

I think its time that someone says it.... some of you more experienced people have a stick up yalls a**es & need to be humble because i'm 22 & most of you all were not even smart enough to have thought about getting into R.E at a young age like that.
