My advice would be to skip the wholesaling gig for now and just focus on getting yourself ready to buy your own property in a couple of years - preferably a house hack.I work with a bunch of young aspiring real estate investors just like you, and I am willing to help you out with some advice or even chat on the phone if you wish.

I wouldn't say it was a mistake, but I were to go back and redo my life all over again, I would skip MBA.
