We are about the same as you all- March and April seem slim.

It seems like much more of a "bigger picture" metric. 

Also seems like they like to stick on wealth taxes for rich greedy landlords and investors.

Not sure if that's any different, but the local company I am working with is incentivized to guide you in the right direction and represent you at the auctions (they do get paid 3%), but it seems like we've covered a lot of Lynette E's scenarios should they arise.

Everyone seems to think it's easy - 'just do it yourself'....A DIY'er is not going to prep correctly, very little sanding or caulk if any and done incorrectly.

So that alone makes this seem shady. 

We just got back from visiting the area and have decided that we want to buy in Bradenton, FL since that area seems to fit us best and our future needs while also still being within our current price range (<$450k).I have already listened and watched many BP webinars and podcasts and am about to purchase David’s book, start with strategy since I feel that’s the best next step for me and my husband to get our plan onto paper and to solidify our thoughts together (all while still saving money of course!).

It would seem that in a lawsuit, a good attorney could argue that if the loan is in your name, but the property is in the LLC, there is no legal separation between you or the LLC and therefore the LLC could be disregarded.
