I would not presume to advise you on what you should do, but if it were me, I would address the source of moisture, remove all affected soft surfaces and treat all other areas with a 50/50 bleach/water, let dry and apply at least one more time.

Hello TomA lot of the rooms on craigslist that I've seen over the years have lots of restrictions and rules which can make it difficult to find a tenant for a room.

I know it can vary by market but are there any general guidelines, rules of thumb that people are using?
