Better location and parking than your building?

In the past we've built spec office buildings, office parks, residential subdivisions, etc.

@George WendtThe areas I would suggest to you in Detroit is in neighborhoods like Rosedale Park, University District, Boston Edison, Woodbridge, Midtown, Corktown, Sherwood Forest, Green Acres, East English Village, Indian Village, Grandmont and few othe r areas that border some of these areas.

Percentages give you a "ball park" idea and are a good "rule of thumb" but can be grossly underestimated.  

HOA fees provide as follows: Water, Heat, Gas, pool, common insurance, scavenger, landscaping, elevator, tennis court, basketball court, parking, storage, laundry, clubhouse, snow removal, exterior maitenance, security door locks. 

I'm coming from Hyde park, im guessing somewhere more north?

In Orlando, it's the land of tourism so near the craziness of the parks, most of the HOAs are pretty lenient.  

My main issue is finding those parks.
