Unless there are unusual reasons for you to do so (you are a celebrity, etc), it can be better from a lot of perspectives to choose something besides your name.Beyond the SEO, and potential legality questions, if you look long term, and assume your company is successful and grows, 20-30 years from now, when you go to sell out/retire, it can be more appealing to others to buy XYZ LLC from you, than YourName LLC.

We were just giving additional information about how it could be done if you wanted to set something up for your kids.Again, I don't think anyone would argue there is anything unethical about setting your kid up with a retirement account that compounds tax free for decades.
