Although it is standard practice to request extensions on contingencies and escrow periods, I don't blame the seller for not wanting to agree to an extension.

So be cognizant of that you may run up a deal and see where it goes but protect yourself for these things in case they don't close .scammers out there and there are TONS especially if they solicited you.... will usually hit you for more money right before close.. with silly requests.. like Mortgage insurance or some other fee prior to funding.. then you pay it and poof they are long gone.But anyone soliciting you for funding is not a private lender that is someone holding themselves out as a lender... so your free to try to get info on who they are etc etc.

What does your lease say about late fees, etc.Stick to your lease.If your local law allows you to serve a pay or quit notice, then do it right away.Either you'll get the requested rent increase, or they'll move out.

The Cancel Process In another thread with us, it looks like after you were frustrated with the ability of Godaddy to allow your account to make the CNAME setting update (which again we don't have control over) you requested to cancel, and our rep Jake guided you back to your account to click the cancellation link in your account to cancel the account.
