i've read conflicting reports that seem to suggest one cannot change the zip code they 'purchased'ps- im currently relocating between states!

Coming from both sides of the coin, where I own rental property in another state but am renting now after relocating to a new area while I look for something to buy, I would never ask a tenant to show a property or want to be asked to show either. 

The building used to be a large variety store up until 1960 when these types of stores were relocated to Malls.

You can offer her a few hundred to cover relocation expenses and give her 2wks or so to do that...don't pay her until she's gone and locks are changed!  

I deal with professionals who are usually moving into an area due to a job relocation.

I have done this business in the past and I took some time away to re-locate to the garden spot of the country, Far Northern IL burbs.

They may not want to relocate. 

Chances are they didn't go far and relocated in the same town.

We have a huge influx of retirees, people relocating from the northern climates, and a huge influx of Canadians.
