In the interest of keeping my tenants safe, I'm in the process of installing security cameras.If my security cameras catch the culprit(s) that are leaving the door open, can a landlord add/impose a fee if it was not part of their initial lease?

@Scott McMillan, @Karen DiNapoli in most states you cannot operate an LLC from another state unless it is registered as a "Foreign entity"  I don't know, but I suspect there is no requirement to have an LLC in your home state, if you form and operate an LLC in another state.The catch is how do you "operate" in another state, if you are actually running it from your home state?
