I plan on purchasing a decent amount of furniture/supplies in 2023 to try and get it listed on Airbnb before 12-31-2023.

The house has a large pool and lots of other outdoor amenities, so we mostly rent to multiple families.

We’ve been buying furniture, sinks, etc. our worry is staying organized with receipts to keep track of progress,expenses and most importantly tax deductiblesQuestion: what software is best to use to keep track of everything  financial?

I spent the money on renewing old furniture and setting up a nice game room so income>expenses so far.

There were broken water pipes, broken heat pipes, ceiling and floor damage, carpet damage, furniture damage, etc, costs $46,000.If they had hot air heat, they could have turned the water off and drained the lines and would have had little or no damage.We often use a plumber to winterize, they drain the lines and blow out all the lines with compressed air and put RV antifreeze, non toxic in all the drains and toilets.

Look into the size of your property and see if there is demand before you commit to all that furniture and houseware.
