Hello BP Friends:I seem to have lost objectivity.  

If your objective is to walk away from the 9 to 5 you're going to either have to leverage/borrow or learn how to raise cash to support future purchases.  

Good question, I would do nothing difference, when I start to invest over 40 years ago, my objective was to control and buy real estate at an equity profit (while others were paying too much and hope the values would go up)As a result today, many of my properties are paid in full.

Hello fellow BP members:I recently acquired a condo in Lancaster, CA via an online auction. 

The second mortgage was attached to an alternate spelling of the owner's name and for some reason I'm still unable to do a record search by legal description of the property (name) on the Palm Beach Clerk's online system.

You bring each name forward to today.In Mass a lot of this is on line at least going back 20-30 years.

I'll wait until we have some objective data before deciding that 1/3 of realtors own rental props.
