Lancaster CA - Looking for real estate agent and contractor
Hello fellow BP members:
I recently acquired a condo in Lancaster, CA via an online auction. I am in escrow and it should close in about 30 days. I am looking for a referral to a local licensed general contractor in the Lancaster, CA area as well as a real estate agent to assist me with listing it either for sale or for rent. If you are a contractor or an agent or know of one you could refer me to I would greatly appreciate it.
