Mgt llc receive rent, pay bill then sends the rest of the cash (if any) to the holding llc.Now Let say i want to buy another property, and need to make a contribution, do I write a check to Holding llc thn from there will be sent the Mgt llc for the purchase, or just write a check to Mgt llc.

So he probably would be pretty hard on us.so if we were building that house for you we would require you pay cash for all those upgrades.. or at LEAST give us 50k non refundable and released might take a risk on the rest as long as the upgrades were in line and the house could sell to another party.. there is an upward limit on price a house will sell for upgrades wont take it over that.

The seller won't release the P&L until we're under contract.When I plug in an estimated 7% for vacancy/concessions, the deal rocks, but I'm concerned that the current NOI (with high vacancy history) doesn't justify the price of the deal.In this type of situation is it reasonable to make an offer and then get the official numbers later, or is it a red flag that indicates the deal should be avoided?
