I live right off of Blue Oaks Blvd & Crocker Ranch Rd.

I am focusing more on blue collar neighborhoods.. multiple generations live in one house together, lots of painters/ carpenters etc. live in the area.

These are your standard workforce housing properties that provide a safe, clean, living environment for the blue-collar workers of our communities.

its really just the main population centers or anything in CA within say 30 airmiles of the ocean that is very expensive.. and then you take SF peninsula and by sq ft is probably the most expensive the country.  

I am looking into buying a cabin in or around Blue Ridge GA.

I know I'd choose somewhere like Florida with the warm weather, low taxes, and hundreds of miles of ocean front.New Yorkers Fleeing for Florida

There are people in here that could put that money to good use vs blue label liquor and raggy looking clothes.And the owners sue a "Cash Only" Biz and expect to collect from a 19 year old.

You can go the route with the larger property management companies - like Vacasa or Blue Swell (call Beth Jones at 850-714-3396) or you can go with a smaller company that gives your unit a little more attention like Gulf Coast Beachfronts (call Anna Lewis at 877-768-0952) but there is a trade off.
