At the moment I am deep diving into the mechanics of seller financing.

I have come across two types of unconditional mechanic lien release forms.

Mobile Home Parks/ Senior Retirement Communities/ Modular Housing Communities are an extremely attractive investment opportunity.

Also, at least in Florida we have to obtain a special permit for an RV Park/Mobile Home Community.

I HATE being the guy who asks for general answers while also being vague, but I'm more interested in the basic mechanics of how these options behave when they start in a high market and then operate in a falling one.

I should have done a further look at the some of the mechanical the furnace was noted in the inspection as unknown turns out the block was cracked so that was 3 days into owning it having to replace the furnace.

But I appreciate the solid advice, because nonetheless, I am new to real estate investing (just started my LLC last month) - the goal was to BRRRR mobile home parks basically, but I am having a hell of a time finding any good buys - everything I am finding so far was already gobbled up by investors and now being offered at premium.
