Mark this:to sell a manufactured home,an person sdoes not need a license,but needs to have a mobile home dealer's license.When that same manufactured home becomes permanently affixed to the land is it sitting on,it ceases to be personal property and becomes a fixture to the land after going through the process of title elimination.

Or does this come into play only if I don't take "exclusive possession" once I hit the 3 year mark and start the quiet title  process?

This is honestly my biggest question-mark about managing tenants...trying to balance between not getting taken advantage of but also not spiting myself and kicking people out too easily...Thanks for any advice!
