I don't care about red or blue.

Now you will hear once in a blue moon of some 1 in 10 thousand property in a great area that sold for historical pricing of 3 years ago but it's a needle in a haystack. 

Sometimes people don't want to face or believe that something is happening and find it easier to try to belittle or deflect the situation.On a lighter note... anyone here like seafood?

(Which is a lot in the Midwest/blue collar areas where median home prices are below $100K).  

It's not just about the math behind the car, it's what it represents.My photo appears to represent a duchy white guy with a tragic "blue steel" look, but I'd like to think I've earned at least part of that.

Trade schools are good but getting your hands dirty and making mistakes will get you farther and you'll make a little money not to mention you may decide that the blue collar world isn't for you after all and you won't be paying for that knowledge with your white collar job.

I'd love to hear from anyone who has come to these conclusions...I'm feeling a little doubtful, like I'm missing something...but honestly, I'm pretty sure I'll be much happier and productive with a high end, lighter laptop.
