Mallory Larson The REAPS format runs like this: Doors open at about six thirty for a light supper/ single plate carry it with you meal/ while we mingle with each other and six or so vendors of software (you can find better right here) and several RE agents and money lenders who work with investors.

A screen door that needs replacing left just sitting on the balcony, a broken light fixture, framed renter instructions that had gotten broken and repaired with duct tape.... just very dumb stuff that I do not want to tolerate when it comes to how guests see my unit.

If your neighbors work for nurseries, have yappy or mean dogs, erect two fences around their property, are livid when PGE goes in and places Smart meters on their electrical box, have motion detector lights on their house and locked access on all parameter gates you can bet its a grow house.
