What are you favorite ways to find good contractors (google, networking, angieslist etc.)  

I am looking for any recommendations for real estate agents and contractors in Laramie, WY.

My question(s) is what are all the little things I should do in order to make it as easy as possible for my partner and I to get the deal, assuming the one we chose is a good one.Details: Flipusing partners cashusing partner work (contractor)I will help with workworking with my agent for buy and sellSomething my agent asked was whose name would offer be under, my or theirs and already discussed profit and work splits so that is not an issue. 

Evening team, I'm searching for good quality and trustworthy general contractors in the Pensacola/ Milton/ Pace, Florida area for my first rehab on my next deal.

With his info and expertise in home repairs He's currently studying for his contractors license (I have no idea what that entails so I can not answer questions on that), I see a future.

And require that installation of the washer/dryer is to be done by a licensed and insured professional, and that the tenant will be liable for any damages caused by faulty installation. 

Otherwise, most contract or agreements already have penalties for breach laid out and they are almost always monetary.

There has to be a local group where I can meet fellow investors, realtors, contractors etc. 

My husband is a licensed electrician & general can do a lot of other projects type handyman & we will be doing the work between our "day jobs".
