I'm a newbie and I had an invite link from Lee Arnold Investment Corp so I clicked on the link trusting it would be of value to me.  

He's inviting me to a seminar where they will teach me all about real estate investing.

While I have not been able to funnel each of these people through an invite link to get credit for the referrals, I do know that in large part, it is due to my preachings of what a great site this is.I also make periodic psost on Facebbok and Linkedin when I find the time to get on those sites.

I successfully rented one of them to a young guy who had great scores, invited me to his current apartment and makes decent money.
