It's tough in such a small community where use of the internet for networking is limited.

People are totally secluded, keeping to themselves more than ever and younger generations communicate better through internet than real life.The question is, how can I find a mentor in 2021?

When in doubt, always rely on your QI (Qualified Intermediary) and the information they give you above the internet or well-meaning acquaintances.

Some of the internet Lenders advertise fabulous rates, but may in the end not deliver on the promises, and responsiveness is a common complaint. 

I've thought of maybe getting faster internet and then providing it "free" to tenants, but increasing rates at turnover by $50, so essentially I could turn it into additional income, but then if the internet doesn't work at times (which we all know happens), it's an additional headache to keep it up and running.
