Hello BP, I have flipped a few homes and wholesaled a few properties, but the question I have is regarding my primary residence that we just bought in April 2021.We bought the home from a flipper that has done dozens and dozens of flips in the area (Seacoast NH).I received a letter from the town the other day that would like to inspect all work that was done by the flipper after the fact.

Maybe a cop out answer but I'm aggressively supportive of house-hacking in general, so if you're trying to get started and for whatever reason Meriden works for you to house-hack then do your due diligence and get inspections, but otherwise jump in.Feel free to message me with more specific questions & I would be happy to review what you're looking into.

This company appears to evict, inspect and maybe do some mini repairs to banks.

If he's buying for the long-term (which he should be) then corrections should be inspected and will be mitigated over time. 

I conduct them alone and reject the inspection.  

You should have had it checked and held money back until it was inspected. 

The factoring is with the rental license inspections and license issuance, that they will require persons ONLY use legal "sleeping rooms" (bedrooms) for such use.

Spray-n-Pray (shotty workmanship and major issues covered with a coat of paint) is running rampant these days and we want to spec the work, INspect the work, and decide when the wall is sealed, the ditch filled and the work is complete.
