Ideally, you use bullnose tile along those edges, and you choose field tile for which bullnose is available.I am not a fan of this, but I also have seen this problem solved with wooden, painted moulding on the edge of the tile, outside of the shower door.

They’re ideal tenants who look after the place like it’s their own.

Hello, I found I deal I would like to purchase but need some help finding financing.

Sometimes things sit on the market for a while - because they're not a deal - you can ignore it and move on, or - if the property fits your strategy - make an offer at a price point that makes sense for your strategy.

I am based in northern California (Fremont), and would ideally like to find MLS search service that is not restricted to a certain region/a few counties since I plan to invest in central valley/Sacramento/Fresno/Turlock/Tracy area in California. 

It would be so ideal if each partner can utilize what they are good at to build a path to success together! 

There’s no one size fits all of course but I’m looking for something basic to tweak and build off of.

If they do not you either have the wrong strategy or you it is flawed somehow.Once you know what the strategy is to get you to the goal then you locate the market that fits the strategy.Then you create your team in that market.
