Did you have a lawyer put your contracts together.

All contracts (whether they were made under the new (after Troika) rental regime, or old rental regime), independent from age or health status of the tenant can be cancelled.

And if so I know that I would most likely have to reach out to the seller put the home under contract for the $92k and then reach out to the company and try to get them to purchase it for  potentially $100k and then make the $8k off of the difference.

Didnt you read the whole contract and settlement statements?

I have this ten 2/1 apartments under contract.

I have a singed contract with both of our signatures on it, a copy of the check used to pay him, and a "Receipt and Waiver of Mechanics Lien Rights" singed by him. 

I do have one thing that my "cautious mind" keeps wanting to clear out.I'm looking for a contract I can use that's legal that will allow me to send to agents, or a FSBO that keeps me safe in a wholesale deal and allows me to transfer it to someone else.

(i.e. how long are your contracts and how long of a kick out clause?)

Is earnest money always required on purchase contracts?
