That is how @stephen glover is "close to close in 45 days" which will give you more freedom for speed.Lastly, I assume you can go from commercial/portfolio to a traditional residential mortgage in two years, however that is probably rarely done so I would ask a mortgage broker.As an example, some residential lenders won't let you have a title change within the last 6mo.
