I then plan to hire contractors to rehab these home in the effort to sell them to mostly first time home buyers that need affordable homes in good school districts that I have laid out in my area code list.My next steps are to network to find good contractors, agents, lawyers, CPAs and title companies in my area so I can hopefully do my first property purchase in January of 2017.So if anyone has any suggestions of people or just general tips for me, I am always open to suggestions.Thank you and I hope to be very active in on BP in hopes of creating my new REI adventures.

Get into a house as soon as makes sense for you, as cheaply as possible in a good neighborhood that might experience some appreciation, and if you're single or your family is up for the adventure, go for a duplex, triplex or 4plex instead of a single family home.

Not having the right capital and right fix and flip can put you in a really hurt position especially if you're gambling your families money and wind up in a stuck in the middle position.

I simply want to find a job that is closer but still pays well.I feel as though house hacking would be the only option I can do right now in time but I also don't know if I enjoy my position enough to gamble that I would be here longer than the next few months.
