Now that is fine, but you have to be able to fund that losing property when necessary(maint, turnover, repairs, eviction), and carry it long enough to sell and realize your gain.

I know as investor you have to bring something to the table so that's why I explained if any leads I don't use I can pass to them or do some assistant work because I know their time is valuable.

I just want to have fun with it while I gain access to the MLS and fast investment property deals to wholesale and buy for myself as rentals.
