Hi, I am in SF City and seeking the latest edition (2010 or higher) of the official CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF REAL ESTATE "Reference Book - A Real Estate Guide".This 600-page study guide is available for free on their website in PDF form, or $20 for a print version (which takes many weeks to ship).I need it quite fast, and am hoping someone here has a used copy they want to sell.I'll pay $20 (check or paypal) if you can drop off in person, or mail, it to me in SF.

I have copies of leases and tenant names/rent amount but do not have any experience with section 8 housing or purchasing rental units that are already filled with tenants and these units are 100% occupied.
