seeking copy of CA Real Estate "Reference Book" (will pay!)

Hi, I am in SF City and seeking the latest edition (2010 or higher) of the official CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF REAL ESTATE "Reference Book - A Real Estate Guide".

This 600-page study guide is available for free on their website in PDF form, or $20 for a print version (which takes many weeks to ship).

I need it quite fast, and am hoping someone here has a used copy they want to sell.

I'll pay $20 (check or paypal) if you can drop off in person, or mail, it to me in SF.

***ALSO*** seeking the official CA DRE "Real Estate Law" book (latest version) and will pay an additional $15.
