I would love to sell to owner occupants in Illinois, but the foreclosure timeline prevents me from doing so.

Hi I'm am looking to bid at the Pasco County Online Foreclosure Auction and wondering if anyone can share the process, experience,success or failures?

ways of getting in, ie foreclosures, fha loans, brrrr, owner-occupy on multi-family properties.

Lenders in California use third party companies such as title companies that act as trustees and they handle the default and foreclosure process for you -  all for a fee of course.  

Get on a real estate agent's database email list and get first notification of foreclosures / REOs and multi-family units hitting the market in your price range and in the areas where you want to buy.Then, tour properties and make an offer via your agent.

So, curious to hear from some experts in the NC Foreclosure/Auction world.  

I have done lots of studying however have a few questions been looking up pre-foreclosure on the market for over 90days or more through Zillow that's in default.

I began a negotiation with the contractor but time may run out since the foreclosure is still advancing - short sale approval has not been granted yet.
