I am open to any deals that will be profitable. ideally cash flow rentals would be my goal but may be going to USA for that depending on what is available here compared to there.

This would be more ideal as an outdoor camera though. 

OR B. finish out the huge *** attic to be a master suite, knowing the area is primarily large families and 2 bedrooms - while common in the area - is not ideal.
