There are a few therapists, Realtors, Financial Consultants, Pastor and a few Freelancers in the current set-up.My goals:-Renovate the entire space to include a larger kitchen, updated bathrooms, create an open office space for daily renters and add some dedicated desks for those needing monthly space, but not private offices; add a full service print center and an additional conference room and wire for VTC use with screens and projectors; add a Key FOB entry system for 24-7 access and camera system.
