I've read they've even gone so far as to claim that if you keep a storage locker in the state that they consider that evidence that your move was not permanent and you intended to return to the state.

If she didn't fill out a change of address, it would just show up at that address and therefore not provide me any proof.I guess what I'm looking for is that evidence I can give to a judge that proves the lease was violated.  

I sent the pics of damages  1) because logically as I explained it will likely reduce the likelihood they complain and 2) I will have to present the evidence in court anyways.

At this point check your lease closely and gather evidence.
