If it's a seller's market it's a 2 catch 22 for a primary residence.I'm almost debt-free and will then be ready to transition from my current job as a truck driver to something where I'm home every day and can move forward with REI.

We do have a lot of lower paying tourism and hospitality jobs (that is good as a landlord, lots of renters), and lots of investors (good, because many of them are from out of the area and often don't hold them as long), it has tremendous growth (10,000 baby boomers are turning 65 every DAY) and now that people can work from home, more and more are moving here.

For example, I can diligently dig a 5 foot deep hole in my back yard and fill it up every day of the week, but that shows no wisdom because no one is willing to pay me for that work. 

I am now regulated to the bull pen I only click on votes I got that then take me to the thread I know about and then maybe make a comment.. or mentions.. since I have quite a few posts I get 2 to 10 votes each and every day.. so for now that's how I will use it  but as time goes on without change or the ability to go to last post straight away and see how made the last post. 

It's a compound interest effect - every day you keep the tax dollars is money in your pocket from the deferred tax.

No reply to that either.I own several properties on the block, and I am doing some work on one of them so I can see his car come and go every day, so I know it's not a case someone being sick or out of town with no phone service type situation.I have never encounter this issue before.
