Although some people do get nervous making these investments out of state, many people enjoy not having to watch over these properties, as the distance will keep you from feeling like you have to check in on them all the time.

I know that was a lot but my question for you guys is do we:Stay put and weather the storm with hopes that it gets better even though its out of our control nextdoor.Sell the property and find something locally in Florida to invest in.Personally I run a ecommerce business full time and I enjoy focusing on that.
