@Georges ArnaoutIts pretty sad that some PM companies operate in that way.IMO they shouldn't be marking up maintenance expenses for making one call to their contractor to go and fix.If investing out of state having a great team on the ground will tremendously help with the minor expenses.

I checked with the FCA who regulate us and asked whether I would need to be under their supervision whilst being a wholesale real estate broker.The idea recently came to light after looking into doing some online coaching with a successful US Wholesale broker called Mark Whitten.Wondered if any of you had been successful in the UK with some deals?
