Hi, I am Mark Holbrook and I just joined Bigger Pockets to hopefully improve my knowledge about investing in real estate. I owned a successful rental townhouse a few years back and would know like to invest in real estate to set up a passive income stream for when I retire. Looking for advice on business structure and organinzation; real estate investing options; proper rental practices and just about anything else a newbie could use.
