I thought multifamily was more efficient.

I understood multifamily to be more efficient and yield better numbers.  

We have simply gotten very good at efficiency and long distance management.

I went in knowing I wanted to work with investors and by narrowing my focus to participating in BP forums, attending investor networking events in town, and holding open houses in properties I know attract the type of clients I specialize in, I was able to be more efficient in lead generation.

To all commercial and residential agents:What method do you find is the most efficient way to acquire more inventory?

I thought I would check in here and see what tips you guys have for your repair orders/ make readies and how to be efficient with maintenance workers.  

It all boils down to how efficiently a property is managed.

While we still have moments we have had to get really good at our systems and efficiencies.

It works if you have supportive family, efficient systems in place and really understand the business... learn what you need to learn as quick as you can.

It is a 19 unit, all 1 bed 1 bath efficiencies.
