Hi BP,I'm a soon to be investor trying to educate myself as much as possible in the months leading up to my first investment.

I recently read the book rich dad poor dad, and it changed my life.

With our profit center being the monthly mgmt fee, I would not be able to afford the high level and educated staff that I have on these types of homes that can have frequent periods of $0 income because of tenant default and evictions.

Next step, go get educated in apartment buying / syndication / financing.
