Anyone have some go to methods to figure out vacancy or have some first hand knowledge of the Nashville market for MTRs?

Although this one worked out, we learned we probably won't be going back in the city for other projects.

The next call was not scheduled for about a week, so I was out of these automations that whole time.

BP has some great resources and in fact we have found it to offer far more in terms of tools and contacts than a course we paid WAY TOO MUCH for when we started out. 

Out of these cities (Detroit, Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland/Akron), I prefer spending my time in Columbus.

i had baselane and shut it down. there was issue getting my money out and there is absolutely no customer service. i loved the idea they had and the platform analytics they have but from a banking perspective i would not put any money there. 

Hopefully it doesn't lead to a lawsuit as those rarely work out for anyone.

I'm a little intimidated to choose my own crew, but it might work out for the best. 

@Jamiil TorresIf you can easily make $50k by just renting out your land to solar farmers, why wouldn’t the solar farmers just buy the land themselves?

It is certainly market dependent, but there are deals out there that will cash flow right out the gate and some that will take time to hit your metrics.
